Join us for the 13th Annual UNDER THE OAKS RUN through historic Jekyll Island. The scenic flat and fast courses are USATF certified and races are USATF sanctioned.
Saint Simons Christian School has partnered with the Jekyll Island Authority to sponsor this annual 13.1 Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K on beautiful Jekyll Island. The Under the Oaks Run is an enjoyable event for competitive and casual runners alike.
Half Marathon
Join 400+ runners for a beautiful, fast, and flat Half Marathon Race. Run a breathtaking course along a beautiful stretch of the Atlantic Ocean, under the majestic Live Oak trees in the historic Millionaires Village, and then along the marsh and riverfront of the Golden Isles. Sample Course Map

Run alongside the Atlantic Ocean, through the historic Millionaires Village, and then on to the river front. Sample Course Map
5K
This scenic course is a great running event for all ages—easy for beginners and novice runners. Fun for the whole family! Sample Course Map
